Tazman Motorcycles offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Tazman Motorcycles is a business in the motorcycle industry that markets and sells motorcycle accessories, riding gear and parts.


Tazman Motorcycles cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred whilst using or wearing any vehicles, gear, apparel, accessories or tools purchased from our website or physical store. Riders should always exercise caution and ride responsibly.  Our products and services are provided as preventative measures only.


Tazman Motorcycles shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Tazman Motorcycles reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

The website only sells products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card/debit card or make an EFT payment. If you are under sixteen (16), you may use the website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.


When you place an order to purchase a product from the website, we will send you an email confirming receipt and containing order details. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted when we send an email to you confirming that we have accepted the order (the ‘order confirmation email’). Such acceptance will be complete when we send the order confirmation email to you. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Tazman Motorcycles when you place an order.

This contract is legally binding when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us and we have sent you the confirmation email.

Tazman Motorcycles will retain the ownership of the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by Tazman Motorcycles.

 Tazman Motorcycles only delivers its products to locations in South Africa. In the event that an order is placed for delivery to a location where we do not deliver, the order will be canceled and a refund processed.

We will endeavor to deliver all products ordered within the time period specified in your order confirmation email.

All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you on delivery to the carrier. If you have received your order confirmation email but your products have not arrived within the time specified, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Please allow an additional day before raising a query during exceptionally busy periods (Black Friday, Easter, Christmas).

If your order has not been received within the specified timescales set out below, If they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5-7 working days, and delivery confirmed by way of booking numbers and waybill numbers.


Stock is only reserved once full payment has been made. Failure to make payment on PENDING orders after 5 days will result in your order being canceled on our system.


Items featured on our website may not always be in stock. In-store prices may differ from prices available on our website. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. The price advertised on the holder cover may vary due to different the various options within the holder, therefore; the price that is added to your shopping cart is the final price. If you cannot add the item to your cart, it is very likely that stock is not available.

All prices are quoted in Rand and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges. We list availability information for products sold on the website, including on each product information page. We cannot be more specific about availability than what is stated on the site. Dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products are subsequently found to be unavailable.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on the website may be mispriced. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the products or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change, update information, or cancel orders where applicable


Tazman Motorcycles will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights


All payments processed on the Tazman Motorcycles website will be done so using only Payfast or by bank transfer into the Tazman Motorcycles bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.


Customer Details Separate from Card Details

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Our online store is hosted by Woocommerce. They provide us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to provide our products and services to you. Any data used in-store transactions is securely stored on Woocommerce’s data storage, databases, and the general Woocommerce application.

When choosing a direct payment gateway to complete online transactions, Woocommerce will temporarily store your credit card data, via an encrypted process.
